How and when is the camper inspection carried out?

At FURGOCASA, the inspections we conduct after a rental return are thorough and detailed, taking approximately 2 hours. These include:

• A visual inspection of both the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
• A functional test of all accessories and equipment, such as the fridge, heating system, water pumps and tanks, kitchen, furniture, and more.

These inspections are not conducted at the time of return and are not performed in the presence of the customer.

Once a camper is returned, it enters a review queue, and inspections are carried out in the order in which vehicles are returned. The final inspection report is always completed within the 10-day period designated for the deposit refund.
