How does the camper pick-up process work?

On the scheduled pick-up day, it is important that the customer arrives on time for the appointment.

Any unjustified delay that causes the FURGOCASA team to wait beyond a reasonable time may result in a penalty.

Pick-up process:

  1. Administrative procedures:
    • Signing the rental contract and other necessary documentation.
    • Payment of the security deposit.
  2. Damage inspection:
    • A DAMAGE REPORT will be reviewed with the customer, noting all pre-existing damages on the camper.
    • Any significant damages that have already been charged for will be explicitly mentioned to ensure they are not overlooked during the inspection.
  3. Vehicle and equipment briefing:
    • A full explanation of the vehicle's operation, as well as all its accessories and equipment.
    • We will answer any questions to ensure the customer feels comfortable with the camper.
    • If any doubts arise later, our team will be available throughout the trip to assist with any additional questions.
