When should I expect my security deposit refund?

Once the camper is returned, FURGOCASA has a 10-day period to inspect the vehicle, assess any damages, and process the refund of the security deposit.

This period may be extended up to 45 days if, due to circumstances beyond FURGOCASA’s control, it is not possible to determine the cost of a repair within the initial timeframe. For example:

• If the vehicle is booked for upcoming rentals and there is no available time for assessment.
• If the workshop is closed for a holiday period.
