How can I modify or cancel my motorhome camper rental reservation?

Customers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the rental contract without justification and without penalty.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date FURGOCASA sends the invoice and contract. If there are fewer than 14 days between the booking confirmation and the rental start date, the right to withdraw will expire at least 7 days before the rental begins. If the booking is made with less than 7 days before the trip, this right cannot be exercised.

Modification of Rental Dates

Customers may modify their rental dates once free of charge.

• If the rental price for the new dates increases or decreases, the original daily rate will be maintained as long as the booking remains within the same season.
• If the modification moves the booking to a different season, the price adjustment will be based on the indicative prices displayed in the seasonal pricing table.

Cancellation Policy

FREE CANCELLATION up to 60 days before the rental start date.

• Between 59 and 16 days before the rental start date: 10% of the total rental price.
  • Customers can purchase a cancellation protection service at the time of booking for €5 per day, which will limit the cancellation fee for this period to the amount paid for the protection service.
  • This protection does not cover cancellations made with fewer than 16 days before the rental start date.
• Between 15 and 8 days before the rental start date: 50% of the total rental price.
• Less than 7 days before the rental start date: 75% of the total rental price.

To exercise the right to cancel a reservation, customers must notify FURGOCASA CAMPERVANS, S.L. by sending an email to reservas@FURGOCASA.com within the applicable deadline.
